Samsung has sent out media invites to an event that will be held on September 4. The event will take place just before IFA kicks off in Berlin. The Samsung event will be held in Berlin and there will be streamed live on YouTube. The invite says, “Note the date 04.09.2013 Berlin”. This has led to speculation, which suggest that the Note III will be unveiled at the event.
Last year, Samsung unveiled the Note II at IFA and it seems that Samsung wants to maintain its phablet launch at the Berlin event. There have been a lot of rumours about the specifications of Samsung’s upcoming phablet. There have been a lot of rumours hinting at the specifications of the Galaxy Note III. Some sources say that the smartphone will have 3GB of RAM.
Other sources say it will have the octa-core processor. We think the phablet will have a 5.99-inch Super AMOLED display, 13MP rear camera, Snapdragon 800 or the latest Exynos 5 Octa processor, Wi-Fi, GPS an S-Pen and the latest Android OS along with Samsung’s own TouchWiz interface.
We have also seen a series of leaks hinting at the design of the Note III, but all speculations will be put to rest once the device is officially unveiled to the public.

Design
Not much detail are known till now about the design but Samsung will pull off the display to the corner in order to shrink the overall length of the device. The same concept was done with Galaxy S4 as well.
The Galaxy Note 3 seems to have an aluminum body this time but nothing can be said as Samsung may continue with its old plastic build as well.
Display
The display is going to measure 5.7 inch diagonally and Samsung will use its Super AMOLED panel in the display. The resolution is definitely going to be full HD and the display quality is going to be superior than Galaxy SIV.
CPU/Processor
Samsung will definitely bring the next device running on Exynos 5 chipset now which will be having octa-core processor with clock speed of at least 2GHz. Some rumors are also claiming that Samsung may bring Galaxy Note 3 with Snapdragon 800 chipset.
The storage in the Galaxy Note III will be at least 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Not many details are confirmed now about the CPU.
Camera
The camera is going to be 13MP at rear and at least a 2MP at front. Samsung already found working on the image and video stabilization technology for the Galaxy Note 3 and I hope its stay there so that customers can get the best Android camera smartphone.
The new camera app which was shown in Galaxy S4 will also be there in the Galaxy Note 3.
OS
Android 4.3 is already announced but it will take few more weeks to finally come out. Now Samsung may bring the Galaxy Note III with the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and if it happens then it will really help the device to get sales. Otherwise Android 4.2.2 will be surely there.
